Not really sure where this one originated from, but it was sent to me in an email from a coworker, and I found it rather amusing.

Three Issues to Ponder:

1. Cows

2. The Constitution

3. The Ten Commandments

COWS

Is it just me, or does anyone else find it amazing that during the
mad cow epidemic, our government could track a single cow, born in
Canada almost three years ago, right to the stall where she slept, in the
state of Washington ? And, they tracked her calves to their stalls. But
they are unable to locate 12 million illegal aliens wandering around our
country. Maybe we should give each of them a cow.

THE CONSTITUTION

They keep talking about drafting a Constitution for Iraq . Why don't
we just give them ours? It was written by a lot of really smart guys,
it has worked for over 200 years, and we're not using it anymore.

THE 10 COMMANDMENTS

The real reason that we can't have the Ten Commandments posted in a
Courthouse is this: You cannot post "Thou Shalt Not Steal,"
"Thou Shalt Not Commit Adultery" and "Thou Shall Not Lie" in a building full
of lawyers and politicians...It creates a hostile work environment.

Having roommates is one thing.
Having roommates who don't think far enough ahead to isolate themselves while highly contagious with the flu, sucks to high heaven. S'ok tho, after next month, they leave.

This whole Obama-Clinton thing is really interesting to watch. Can't wait to see how it all unfolds...

I figure, if it look like I'm not going to get a good presidential candidate, or at least one that shares my beliefs on what we need to do for America, then at least I can rule my own little piece of the internet.

Doubt highly they will, but it would be humorous.

Heard this quote today on the way to work.
Found it quite intriguing:

The 2nd is listed as "Author unknown. Attributed to Benjamin Disraeli. Unverified."
Origins aside, I find this quote fairly interesting. As our political system is just over 200 years old... Things to think about.


The other thing I wanted to link to today is this video on youtube. Hilarious.
All of the primary candidates, the presidential hopefuls, wield the word change like a flaming sword handed over from an authority on high. I think change is the single most frequently used word in this entire campaign. Anyways, without further ado and for your viewing pleasure:
