I got a fever...

Guess what? I got a fever! And the only prescription.. is more  cowbell Wolds! So I got an assembly bug last night and I put together my Druid gone wilder, General Ossrum, a Scarsfell griffon, a Grey Lord ternion and the newest member of team construct, the great stone gorilla.
He'll be fielded in the Clash for the Cure tournament most likely after I gain some experience using him this weekend. Think I'll be trying out Cassius' new theme list and Seeing how the Baldurs like the big guy.

How did you find the assembly on the big guy? I typically HATE working with PP resin/plastics but have been eyeballing the Woldwrath big time. I too want to check out that new Cassius theme. I'd get the Mountain King but his stats make me sad.

How was the assembly on this big guy? I typically hate assembly on PPs resin/plastic minis but have been eye balling the Wrath. I too really want to try out that Cassius theme list from NQ and Baldur loves his wolds.

Not too bad.
I didn't pin anything and I use Loctite gel glue. If you can tell from the picture, I even had to pry him up off the base and re-align him once I'd finished assembly as I realized I'd glued him on facing the wrong direction for the base markings. The resin was easy to work with and had minimal places to shave/file.
My only real issue was not being used to gluing models with pieces of that heft, so I would often let go of two pieces before the glue had set fully and they would fall apart.
